Call for Abstracts

You are invited to submit abstracts for presentation by January 30, 2004.

 

Abstract Evaluation Criteria

Abstracts will be evaluated by a committee and judged according to the following criteria:

ü The presentation relates to the stated categories and supports the overall theme of the conference.

ü Objectives are clear and well-presented.

ü The work is based on appropriate, well researched and up-to-date scientific information.

ü The work is relevant to the conference audience.

ü The information can be applied and is useful to exercise professionals.

ü The results or outcomes of the work are described in the abstract and are relevant to the Exercisee Physiologist.

Responsibilities of Authors Whose Abstracts are Accepted

At least one author of an accepted paper must attend the conference to make the presentation. Authors are responsible for providing a substitute presenter if the designated author is unable to be present and must notify conference management of the change prior to the conference.

 

Authors will be responsible for all expenses related to participation in the conference, including registration, transportation, lodging and meals.

Authors with accepted papers will be provided with instructions for their presentation options and will be expected to adhere to the requirements of the presentation.

 

Deadlines

Abstract Deadline – January 30, 2004

Authors are notified of acceptance by February 10, 2004.
